Led by your Primary Care physician, our Care Team model brings together doctors, case managers, practice coordinators and schedulers, to work with you as a team. This ensures continuity of care, which is associated with better long-term health and wellbeing. Should you or your family suffer serious illness, our medical team's expert knowledge and long-term understanding of your medical history and background will mean you can be treated more effectively. As well as offering a range of clinics and wellbeing programs, Primary Care at Ras Tanura provides essential services such as medication distribution, screening tests and immunizations. JHAH is also here for you and your family in your home, your office, or on-the-go, through our online health portal, MyChart.

Primary Care Clinic

Our Primary Care Clinic has a proud history of providing exceptional healthcare to Saudi Aramco employees and their families. As well as being home to a team of expert clinicians who can diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses, we provide a series of wellness programs, and important everyday services, including a pharmacy,laboratory testing , immunizations, and pediatric care.

Health Education / Nurse Clinic

If you require more in-depth guidance towards managing your health goals, you can seek a referral to our Health Education / Nurse Clinic, or refer yourself.

Our Treatment Room is a nurse-led service where scheduled immunizations, dressing of wounds, and intravenous (IV) medication or fluids are administered.

Pharmacy Services

We understand that it is not always possible to obtain your medication during working hours, which is why the pharmacy at Ras Tanura Primary Care Clinic is open seven days a week, from early in the morning until late at night. We also provide a Medication Management Clinic, where you can discuss your medication or request a prescription in complete confidence.

Laboratory & Screening Tests

During your visit, your doctor may request tests to help find out more about your condition. This could be anything from a simple blood test or urine sample to a full body scan, and will either be carried out straightaway or scheduled for a later date. Our expert medical staff will talk you through the procedure, make sure you are comfortable during the test, and then give you time to recover afterwards should you need it.

Immunizations

Vaccinations provide the best possible way to protect you and your family from a wide range of illnesses, both at home and overseas. You can receive immunizations for everything from flu to tetanus at our Primary Care Clinic.

Children's Care

Treating a sick child requires a special set of skills, but you can rest assured that our dedicated team of pediatricians will provide the best possible care. Whether your child is suffering from an ailment, or requires a vaccination, they will be treated with compassion and sensitivity. We encourage you to bring your children in for regular Well Child visits, where our doctors will monitor their health and growth.

Getting started with Primary Care at JHAH is simple and straightforward. To access our complete range of healthcare services, you'll need to register with us, have a Primary Care physician assigned to you, and schedule your first appointment. This process takes just a few minutes.

Register with Ras Tanura Primary Care

Complete a simple registration process to become a patient at Ras Tanura Primary Care. This quick procedure ensures you have access to our full range of healthcare services and facilities.

Choose a doctor

Select a Primary Care physician who will be your main point of contact for all your healthcare needs. Your doctor will coordinate your care and provide referrals to specialists when needed.

Schedule an appointment

Book your first appointment using MyChart, our convenient online portal, or by calling our Centralized Contact Center at 800-305-4444. Once scheduled, you're ready to begin your healthcare journey with JHAH Primary Care. If you would like to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care physician, the easiest way is through our MyChart health portal or alternatively call the centralized call center. MyChart empowers you to manage and monitor your health, with more than 20 functionalities available, including appointment booking, medication requests, laboratory test results and communication with your clinicians. If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know – you could be freeing up a slot for another grateful patient. Do not forget to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late, you will need to reschedule.
