We are delighted that you are visiting us. We provide expert support at both our Al-Hasa and Dhahran facilities and would like to assure you that the care of our patients and visitors is our top priority. Hospital visits can be worrying, and we make every effort to provide a comfortable environment, with our dedicated teams on hand to answer any questions you may have about our facilities or aspects of care.
General Information
Visitors must be of 14 years or above
It is important that visitors use hand gel sanitizer when entering and leaving the ward. Please feel free to ask staff if they have washed their hands
Please do not visit for 48 hours if you have had diarrhea or vomiting
Please do not visit if you have a cough, cold or sore throat
Please use the chairs provided in the room and do not sit on the patient’s bed, and always use the visitors’ toilets
Flowers are prohibited in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Talk to staff if you have concerns about the cleanliness of the ward or public areas
If the visiting times cause difficulties, please speak to a staff member
Please check with our nursing teams about bringing in food items
