We are now welcoming self-pay patients and those with premier insurance coverage, offering access to our exceptional medical care and advanced facilities at our Dhahran Health Center.
Dental Billing
For inquiries related to dental invoicing, payment methods, payment plans, refund authorization, denture clearance, call our Business Center on +966-13-870-3888 Sunday to Thursday or send your dental billing inquiry to us.
Self-Pay
We offer straightforward self-pay options for patients who prefer to pay directly for their healthcare services:
Initial cost estimates are available over the phone
Detailed treatment cost estimates can be requested from the Business Center following physician consultation
Payment is accepted via POS (Point of Sale) before receiving services
Bring your government-issued ID to your appointment

Insurance
We work with select premier insurance providers to ensure seamless access to our healthcare services. To receive care at JHAH:
Verify with your insurance provider if JHAH is included in your network of providers
Understand your policy’s coverage details, including co-payments and any pre-authorization requirements
Any required co-payments must be made before service delivery
Bring your government-issued ID to your appointment
Insurance claims are handled directly between JHAH and your insurance provider

Accessing Our Services
Your journey to exceptional care begins at the JHAH Business Center. All visits must be scheduled through the JHAH Business Center prior to arrival.
How to Schedule an Appointment:
To ensure a seamless experience, all self-pay and insured patients must schedule their appointments by calling the Business Center before visiting. This ensures a smooth registration process and minimizes delays during your visit.

Getting to Dhahran Health Center
Once your appointment is scheduled:
You’ll receive a confirmation for access through Khobar and Dana Aramco gates
Please indicate if you’ll be attending alone or with a companion during scheduling
For other visitors, access is available through the usual Aramco process via Dammam gate
Clinic walk-ins are available only for patients already on JHAH premises, subject to schedule availability
