Becoming a patient
To benefit from our complete set of healthcare services, you will first need to
be registered with us, have a Primary Care physician assigned to you and
schedule your first appointment.
Outpatient information
Our outpatient services enable us to provide quality treatment without the
need for you or your loved one to remain in hospital overnight.
Hospital stay information

Our Medical Liaison Office team is here to assist you with: Requests for medical reports/summaries, Copies of medical records, diagnostic imaging and lab reports. Alternatively, you may also choose to request the release of medical information and reports..
How to provide feedback
We are committed to providing you with the very best care and hospitality at all times. To help us achieve this – and make any necessary improvements – we encourage both patients and visitors to tell us about their experience with JHAH. Have your say by talking to members of staff who have cared for you, and by taking our patient satisfaction survey sent to you via SMS 72 hours after your discharge from hospital.
