Dr. Fahd AlGurashi is the Chair of Anesthesiology & Critical Care and a seasoned consultant anesthesiologist with more than 17 years of experience in providing anesthesia for high-risk and complex surgical procedures.

Dr. Fahd earned his medical degree from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and completed his residency in anesthesia at the University of Manitoba in Canada. He holds a fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee in the United States.

He previously served as a consultant anesthesiologist at St. Boniface Hospital in Canada and as an assistant professor in anesthesia at the University of Manitoba.
