Led by your Primary Care physician, our Care Team model brings together doctors, case managers, practice coordinators and schedulers, to work with you as a team. This ensures continuity of care, which is associated with better long-term health and wellbeing. Should you or your family suffer serious illness, our medical team's expert knowledge and long-term understanding of your medical history and background will mean you can be treated more effectively. As well as offering a range of clinics and wellbeing programs, Primary Care at Abqaiq provides essential services such as medication distribution, screening tests and immunizations. JHAH is also here for you and your family in your home, your office, or on-the-go, through our online health portal, MyChart.

Our Primary Care Clinic has a proud history of providing exceptional healthcare to Saudi Aramco employees and their families. As well as being home to a team of expert clinicians who can diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses, we provide a series of wellness programs, and important everyday services, including a pharmacy,laboratory testing , immunizations, and pediatric care.

Health Education / Nurse Clinic

If you require more in-depth guidance towards managing your health goals, you can seek a referral to our Health Education / Nurse Clinic, or refer yourself. Our friendly and knowledgeable nurses offer advice on everything from diet and nutrition to home care.For more information ask at Primary Care reception

Our main Primary Care pharmacy offers a welcoming environment with an individual consultation for each patient.

Laboratory & Screening Tests

During your visit, your doctor may request tests to help find out more about your condition. This could be anything from a simple blood test or urine sample to a full body scan, and will either be carried out straightaway or scheduled for a later date. Our expert medical staff will talk you through the procedure, make sure you are comfortable during the test, and then give you time to recover afterwards should you need it.

Immunizations

Whether you want to reduce your chances of catching flu during the winter months, or protect your family from diseases while travelling abroad, our dedicated Immunization Room can provide vaccinations. Located in the Group 2 Corridor of our Primary Care Clinic, the room provides a comfortable setting for receiving preventive treatment for everything from flu to tetanus.

Children's Care

We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly clinic, and have a dedicated team who are specially trained in children’s care. Whether your child is suffering from an illness or requires a vaccination, you can rest assured they will be in capable hands. We also encourage regular Well Child visits, so that we can monitor your child’s health at different stages of their growth.

We have taken great care to provide amenities and services that will make your visit to Abqaiq Primary Care as comfortable and efficient as possible. Parking at Abqaiq Health Center is conveniently located within a short walk of the Primary Care entrance.

If you would like a drink or a snack while you wait for your appointment – and you have not been asked to fast before your treatment – you can find vending machines stocking a range of nutritious refreshments within the clinic.

Home Healthcare

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) Abqaiq Health Center offers Home Healthcare to our patients who cannot visit our health center. Home Healthcare trained JHAH healthcare professionals come to your home and provide services such as dressing changes and blood draws.

Getting started with Primary Care at JHAH is simple and straightforward. To access our complete range of healthcare services, you'll need to register with us, have a Primary Care physician assigned to you, and schedule your first appointment. This process takes just a few minutes.

Register with Abqaiq Primary Care

Complete a simple registration process to become a patient at Abqaiq Primary Care. This quick procedure ensures you have access to our full range of healthcare services and facilities.

Choose a doctor

Select a Primary Care physician who will be your main point of contact for all your healthcare needs. Your doctor will coordinate your care and provide referrals to specialists when needed.

Schedule an appointment

Book your first appointment using MyChart, our convenient online portal, or by calling our Centralized Contact Center at 800-305-4444. Once scheduled, you're ready to begin your healthcare journey with JHAH Primary Care. If you would like to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care physician, the easiest way is through our MyChart health portal or alternatively call the centralized call center. MyChart empowers you to manage and monitor your health, with more than 20 functionalities available, including appointment booking, medication requests, laboratory test results and communication with your clinicians. If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know – you could be freeing up a slot for another grateful patient. Do not forget to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late, you will need to reschedule.
